Celebrating Founders Day and honoring Class of 2023 Appointees

All graduates, cadets, appointees, friends and families of the United States Air Force Academy, please join us on Saturday, 27 April 2019 at the Best Western Premier Nicollet Inn to celebrate USAFA Founders Day! Social Hour and Silent Auction/ Raffle/ Wine Pull starts at 6:00 p.m.  Dinner and Program follow at 7:15 p.m.

Guest Speaker: Lt Gen Jay B. Silveria ’85, USAFA Superintendent

Cost: $55.00 per person

Dress: Business Suit/Cocktail Attire

Silent Auction/ Raffle/ Wine Pull: 6:00 pm start. We will be able to accept both cash and credit cards.

Dinner choices:

• Chicken Saltimbocca (sautéed chicken breast topped with prosciutto ham, fontina cheese and finished with a brandy white wine sage butter sauce) with harvest salad, garlic buttermilk mashed potatoes, vegetable blend and dessert. Gluten Free.
• Parmesan Crusted Pan-Fried Walleye with harvest salad, garlic buttermilk mashed potatoes, vegetable blend and dessert
• Herb Grilled 8 oz Sirloin Steak with Cabernet peppercorn demi-glace with harvest salad, garlic buttermilk mashed potatoes, vegetable blend and dessert. Gluten Free.
• Vegetable Risotto Rustica (Carnaroli rice with grilled vegetables, grated parmesan and heavy cream) with harvest salad and dessert
